Engineered from First Principles
KOUDELKA TRANSPORT LLC established Koudelka Haul with a clear observation: organizations were spending enormous sums on technology infrastructure assembled from ad-hoc decisions, vendor defaults, and tribal knowledge — without the architectural discipline any other engineering field would consider mandatory. Every system we engineer begins with documented requirements, proceeds through peer-reviewed architecture, is validated in controlled environments, and is delivered with formal documentation that any competent professional can use to operate it independently.
Our office at 200 Jodi Ln in Carey, Idaho serves clients across manufacturing, logistics, professional services, healthcare, and technology sectors nationwide. We chose Carey deliberately — because engineering quality should not depend on location.
Mission and Vision
Mission: To engineer computer systems organizations can depend on absolutely — architected with discipline, implemented with precision, and operated with confidence. Vision: A technology industry where systems design is recognized as a first-class engineering discipline — governed by standards and measured by results.
Core Principles
Technical Precision
Every design decision has documented rationale. Configurations are validated before production. We do not ship anything we cannot defend in a technical review.
Radical Transparency
Project status is communicated truthfully — including risks and unknowns. Clients deserve accurate information to make sound decisions.
Client Sovereignty
We build systems clients can own and operate independently. Knowledge transfer is a formal deliverable with milestones and acceptance criteria.
Security by Design
Security requirements are addressed in the architecture phase — not retrofitted after incidents. Controls are tested, not assumed.
Continuous Improvement
Post-engagement retrospectives are mandatory. Every engagement makes the next one sharper.
